Oh Ok. Article sections are much more generalized. so I would guess 'Desktop Development' and 'Platforms, Frameworks & Libraries' are fit for all those 4 category. But still I think we need a sub-section for 'Windows 8 Metro Style Development' (which is not even called Metro anymore). :)
