Actually, I am rather comfortable even at GDC and Siggraph, although there is a perponderance of "youth" you have programmers older than I, and in most cases the "youth" want to learn from us.... Well, and after they learn all we know, they want to beat us with our canes and take our jobs... buy hey? who's worried? ;P A good healthy mix of new ideas and leveraged experience makes for a healthy organization: too much on either side stifles new ideas, or allows free-run of unworkable "creativity".
