I don't know why, but base on my experience with Edge, Edge can display page content and run extension like flash and HTML5 at the same time during my VS installation process on my old and outdated Vostro1310 2GB 98 GB HDD with no battery - Im serious :mad:. My Experience: I usually run XAMPP, IIS, Visual Studio Community, SQL Express, Notepad++ and PAINT.NET at once everytime I want to develop ASP.NET web app (or I need to reinstall VStudio) and I still can open Edge to view code documents / tutorials / lurking on CP or I can even watch SD video on youtube quite smoothly while firefox and chrome struggle to run.

I agree 100% with this. Would also like to add that VB has a poor implementation of Linq and Lambdas. And I really can't stand Option Explicit and Option Strict. Shouldn't even be an option, they should always be on.

Many people have done written complaints and verbal complaints about this person. The company doesn't do any thing about it. The company just says there is nothing they can do. One of the reasons people are leaving quickly. I am search for a new job and I have a feeling that is going to be the only way to fix the problem for me. I wish it wasn't that way because I enjoy the people I work with. But a lot is changing here and I don't like the direction the company is going so I am going to move on before I become miserable.

Very strange. This person seems to provide original answers some of the time and copies answers other times. I wonder why. Other examples of their copying others: unable to resolve error i.e 'jQuery' is undefined how we return value from sql stored procedure using return keyword how to convert string to int and decimal Some of those are posted around the same time as the original, so I can't be sure it's copying, but some are identical and so must be (e.g., like your example with the identical code comment). Thou mewling ill-breeding pignut!

I have limited Oracle experience, but did do some work with high speed data import/export with Oracle 7 and 8. Let's just say that "baby sitting" was a massive understatement with both. To put it another way, more times than not, after rebooting our Oracle servers, Oracle wouldn't restart by itself. On more than one occasion it took hours to get the server running again. Properly tweaked, Oracle can be very fast, but even our excellent dba didn't think it was worth the headaches.

Tip to make the session interactive: Wherever applicable, don't give in details at the first instance. Put an interesting phrase explaining the concept that would trigger more questions in the audience mind. Then on anwering those questions with detailed answers the session would be interactive.
