Would you have a use for a 7 incher?Much of the blame could be placed on the OP for his choice of subject.

Windows 7 - nice fish! Can you post a screenshot? I can't imagine anything on a windows desktop that couldn't be hidden. What if you turn on Autohide? I really don't see how it's any different. Are you saying it's in the system tray?

I just think that your GPA in the masters program more accurately shows your ability and dedication than that of a standardized test. There are too many factors in those things (including whether or not you have a good guessing day).

Off to the [GRE] examIf I remember right, that shows up on the score report you receive in the mail. I think you might be surprised with your masters GPA. I'm assuming that the PhD's at the schools you listed are all fully funded and you must get accepted into a research program?

Off to the [GRE] examWhere are you applying? I got 760 Quant and 640 Verbal. I got into each school I applied for my Masters (Depaul, Northwestern, Colorado, Colorado State). I chose Colorado State.

how to mouse gesture without window?I think he's actually wanting to draw straight to the desktop without having an application window open. I think that's going to get a bit advanced.

DLL Search OrderHello all! I've got an application that is setting on a server that is run my multiple users. The user's shortcuts are pointed to the .exe on the server, which can in some cases be located in a different office miles away. I have read the article dll search order article on msdn http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms682586(VS.85).aspx[^] It states that the initial search for the dll's will be done in the directory where the app was launched from. It's going to find them in this case which I would assume could be bad considering they are on a remote server(for performance reasons). If I use the SetDllDirectory() function and make sure that each user has the dlls locally, am i only changing the searh order for my specific application? Any other info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The Film Genie offers you three wishes...Hey, I was planning to use these items to fight evil for the good of all mankind! I would probably occasionally look into the future at the stock market and end up rich. That would probably lead me to landing a ton of hot women. At least my intentions were good...

The Film Genie offers you three wishes...- Bat Suit from The Dark Knight 2) Batmobile 3) That machine that Ben Affleck's character built in 'Paycheck'. It allowed you to see the future. God I would be one badass mofo with all that stuff.

FloogleThere have to be literally thousands of possibilities similar to this one. Kinda motivates me to find something where there seems to be nothing in some of my companies data. Probably would get fired though.
