I have been in a (somewhat) similar situation. I suggest 1) keep your ears open, like you obviously have been doing; 2) don't be too hasty - what if your boss decides to leave, and you're offered his job? 3) make sure you have a current list of home phone numbers for people like your boss - maybe if he gets another job, you could follow him to a better situation.

There are two types of google ads - search ads and content ads. Search ads are displayed when you use google to search for something. With these ads, the advertiser pays when the ad is clicked, as you said. But with content ads, the advertiser pays for each impression, not each click. The site above (just like CodeProject) displays content ads.

This posting is a scam. There are google ads on the top, bottom, and side of this web site. The so-called "product listing" ranges from everything from "MIS system" to DirectX games. All listed as "coming soon". What a joke. The owner just wants you to view this site so he can make some money from the google ads.

Does anyone have any experience with software that can make an animated program demo - i.e., create a movie-like animation of a program, with text boxes, cursor movement, etc., that could be put on a web page to show how your program works?
