Forget about it guys, i found the solution i was using FF as browser where the drill down option was not available, once i switched to IE i was able to select Filmstrip. ---- Mark as an answer if you find it helpfull

Hello, I have noticed that the filmstrip view in SharePoint 2010 is not available, could anybody confirm that?? If not could you please tell me how i could view a picture library in a filmstrip view??

What i meant, is if you have Active Directory check the user profiles in the AD if it contains "service". try adding a user and check if it appears in the search If not start giving that user information just like the users you have and try the search to check if the word "service" will retrieve that user.

If you have Active directory, check the profile in the active directory. Try creating a new user with out adding any information and check if he appears in the search, if not start elevating him to be such as the 10 users so you might now what happened.
