notification_template 'notification' because it applies to email and sms. 'template' because although the are properties the group actual serves as a template for what the notification will be. Underscore to separate the two nouns. Should not be 'templates' plural because by definition a table is already a set. And there are cases where one wants a table to contain more than one row/record as a 'set'. In those cases the table might be better named with the plural.

Go for it. :-) First step is always the hard on, but the results are fruitful. If you have been working for a company and some other company (after reviewing your important) offers you twice. Then you should give them a chance. Also, why don't you take it the positive way? If they don't have any .NET programmer, it is your chance to lead the team now. Leading the team is not only the way to tell that you know everything, instead it is a chance to learn how juniors need guidance. Which in turn opens up different paths for you to learn something. Just like teaching helps you to learn some thing deeper because students ask questions that you never even thought of. Similarly juniors ask questions about a project that you never even thought of using. Finally, the company would repay you in a better way once you get them started. :-) There are many other such positive sides of this opportunity for you. It is a classic question for the answer - it depends... Of course it has nothing to do with security - the data always coming from the server and always displayed on the client, so you have no problem to check security before it got displayed... What you actually have to see is the requirements of your system, see what the units of the data and how those units are related to actions made in the system...For instance: is your data for display only, or you are going to edit it. Are you going to display a single page of data (small amount) or we are talking about a huge amount of it (paging)... So it is not a question to answer as there is no one-size-for-all answer, but you have to analyze and design the system at hand... Skipper: We'll fix it. Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this? There could be several reasons: it could be that the database farm took a while to feed it through to the webserver you were connected to. But the most likely reason is that it was picked up by the automatic spam filter system and went to moderation. That means a human has to notice, check, and approve the question before it is published to prevent inappropriate material. It happens, the spam detector makes mistakes occasionally - but it also catches a lot of cr@p and that makes the site as a whole a lot better place to be. (It catches some of my answers as well). Don't worry about it, don't try to analyse why it caught it - because we don't want to give spammers any clues as to what will get through - and thank the hamsters for providing a "check" system instead of just cancelling your account! :laugh: Bad command or file name.
