Going to the emergency room was your mistake. You should've waited and just seen a dentist or your normal doctor. Never go to the emergency room unless you're about to die. Otherwise, you're just wasting your time and money. I know that sounds ridiculous but that's what I've found to be true here. :thumbsdown:

I usually listen to music, but more to drown out the surrounding office noise... so in that sense, I'm more productive when listening to music than the office noise. It actually started in college. Being unable to study in a library (which I find way too distracting with people walking around and all), I found myself studying in my room with music blasting in order to drown out some other person's crappy music. :laugh:

Right on brother... I get about 8 or 9 holidays and 5 weeks of paid time off... and you better believe I'm taking every single one of those days off. :cool:

I absolutely agree! As one who has looked at resumes before, please no more than two pages. After two pages, I get bored and stop reading. Once, I got a resume that was 9 pages long... it was like the "War and Peace" of resumes! Yuck! :laugh:

MY wife thought this article was me in many ways... now I tell her "cool" whenever I'm about to start tuning her out!! :-D
