I agree with most of what you write and, for the "record", I didn't vote Jonny down. That's a bit of a stretch, I have voted people down in the past for innapropriate content in the Lounge (programming questions, violating the little sister rule, etc). I generally, unless I am in a hurry, post my disagreement to another post. The "group-think" can apply to voting up as well. The most recent examples are anti-Bush posts. My biggest peeve is the anonymous poster. If you have a belief and desire to share that belief with others, then you should use you real name. To do otherwise is cowardly, in my book.
