I used to setup same output path for release and debug for all of the projects in my solution. In this way you get all of resultant assemblies at single place which makes the job easier for managing references. Output path for library projects can be set as following: 1- Right click project --> Go to properties 2- At left side, of newly shown window, go to "Compile" 3- Select "All Configurations" from Configuration dropdown. 4- Brows the path you want dll to go. hi, I have a batch file in a shared directory at a network(LAN) pc, I have read, write and execute rights at that directory. I want to run that batch file from my pc(at same network as target pc) I an at an asp.net page(opened in Internet explorer) I can browse that batch file and can press a button to run that batch file. how it can be done... using webservice? using windows scripting(WMI OR WSH)? hi .. i thin u r getting problem, when u are inserting tag for this control. nothing u have to do with usercontro to deploy.. just drag the usercontrol over the page where u want to use it. it will be registered itself. it will work fine... it would be better if u past code here, so that I can check where something is going wrong.

:confused: i have a calander and want to select the month and date at Page load event. i need to select the month and date what have been saved while inserting the record. but when records are retrived from Databse to show the calendar shows the Current month by defalut. if the date saved in databse is 11/11/2005 the calendar will show the current month of current year as dedault but i need to show the date save (as above) how it would be???? anyone .... help me..................?

hey man.... its easy job...U need to do the following steps to get ur required Results. 1- change the Display Property of RequiredValidator=none 2- Romove the Erorr message From Summary if u had given any. how it works... when You Use Summary at the Pag, the validators at the same page with Display Property set to none will automatically show their messages in the summary. Each RequiredValidator should contain its own message. no need to give any Error message in Summary. though u can change the Display Property of Summary to List or ETC.. as u like to see the errors. it would be fine if u put the text "Please Correct the Following" or whatever u want... and show all the erros in list like this :)Please Correct the Following... -------here goes list of erros shown by validators .Invalid Input .Too short Password .UserId is Required best of luck.......................... munawar
