On second thought, I probably shouldn't have asked.

Emergency Coding PackYes, but what if you need a compiler or a debugger?
-
Emergency Coding PackPossibly when you are testing on a computer, you do not have admin rights. And you want to repair/debug/create things in an application.

Emergency Coding PackHey that's Unix, I've seen this before. I will clearly need a shell script, not a batch file.

Emergency Coding PackJust curious, do you have any ideas on what a minimal package like this could be better suited for (and a better name)?

Emergency Coding PackI recently thought of an idea for a small *.zip package containing a basic set of tools for emergency programming. The idea would be that it could run on any Windows machine without admin rights. This way when you are in need of code you could just download the zip, extract it and then get coding. I am hoping for some feedback on the idea + suggestions on what to put in the pack. So far I have: -MinGW -Notepad++ -CodeBlocks (Possibly) -SharpDevelop -Paint.NET Edit: If anyone wants me to create a pack like this and upload it, just let me know!
