When would you ever need to press 12 keys at once? The average human, believe it or not, only has 10 fingers.

I can see the website turning into garbage after a while. Soon, cliques will form which will mass-upvote/downvote other people, regardless of the answer. An elite group will soon control the website and the quality of material will be dictated by a few. It happens with most "user-generated content" sites... take Digg for example.

It's also refered to as pound. It's used in most automated telephone systems.

No I don't believe his pastor is racist, and I wouldn't compare is sermons to KKK meetings. Now who's comparing apples to oranges? I would consider myself naive if I listened to a 10 second clip of a man ranting and assumed anyone who attended his church completely agrees with every single word he says.
