Yea in this case it seems pretty harmless. I think this is actually a situation where the author is new, and he doesn't know that the link back to the original source is automatically put at the end of the post. So he's essentially sharing the same link twice in a row. None of his blog entries come through properly formatted or with a thumbnail so I've been editing them manually, and will just start taking the second, redundant link out.
