Looks great. As a child I had these: Rondi[^] (soryy, page in german, but you will get it from the pictures). I tried to find them just a few weeks ago, since I think they are relly great. But the skallops look even more interesting. I should buy a set. :-)

Why not concede some white walls to the sprayers so they can do their graffitis on those walls instead of public property? The sprayers can do their thing, no property's damaged and police can use their force for more useful things and the sprayers don't have to hide. Well, it simply doesn't work. :)
