I have created a global.asax file not gloabal.asax.cs file.it works well with IIS 7 but not on IIS 6 Version. :)

Now a days hosting price is very low. if this is for testing purpose then you can get free subdomain hosting very easily or you can purchase your own website in very few $. godaddy is best with service and price. i am using it. Thanks -Amit Gajjar (MinterProject)
