I kind of do feel sorry for the girl for not breaking the record tho, considering the preperation and the issues she had with the first attempt.... but im sure the tens of thousands of dollars Ten/One HD are paying for the exclusive will make up for any dissipointment she is having

I had a big arguement with a security guy in Vietnam over wether I was allowed to take my contact lense solution on as carry on... They were doing the checks as some security deal with the Australian Gov and the instruction sheet he had clearly said that contact solution was allowed. Yeah i know a lot get hijacked.... im generally the one a lot of people come to asking me to get them back, but i normally dont like to get involved.. Generally I dont even buy off ebay but I was looking for accessories for my HTC and stumbled (aka cliked 75 links) across the iphone section

So i was browsing ebay, and saw a brand new iphone for sale for very cheap... I thought that something must have been wrong with it, or it may have been stolen So i clicked on it, and the picture showed it as wrapped in plastic, and everything posted seemed to check out, so I clicked on the "buy it now" button and paid and everything as you normally do... now the seller is saying that he sold it too cheap and is refusing to send it... sigh.... anyone had any issues like this, and how was it resolved?

It isnt exactly true that I wouldnt be able to perform all the tasks. Most of the ones I fail are things like needing cirtain certificates, and specific experience. Even though I dont have these certificates or that particular experience, the IT guys there have rang me several times to get me to help them with jobs, so I know I would be an asset to their company one way or another. So here is the story... I got an email from an IT guy I know telling me that there is a job opening up at his work and that I should apply. This guy is the IT Manager and will be heavily involved in the selection process. So I had a look at the advertisement and looked through the essential requirements. I only meet a couple of them, and a couple of the desired, but in total I barely meet 50% of the requirements. Is there any harm in applying anyway? Have you applied to any jobs where you had an extremely low chance of even getting an interview, let alone the job itself? And did it work out for you?
