Thats cool C++ is not so bad. I tried it but I didn't like it so much. To codein c++ takes more lines then C#(proramming lines you create example Console.WriteLine("hello") )... Say like a fileFolderOpener from scratch will take like alot of for c++, but for c# it will take less. Programming in languages just depends on the person really. Some people like languages like French or German. Its the same with a computer language. do you have a c++ compiler? It compiles the code you create to the program to the folder that you chose. hmm when i used c++ before i used Dev C++ I think I am not quite to sure, but if it is Dev C++ it was really good. 48 states, wow sounds like a big job. hey, well that really the same here. I do it for a hobbie the whole way. I assume you are much older then me. I am only 15 so i have less things to do and order in life. But anywho, I would advise getting Visual Studio .Net if you need it I have a few downloads of it. Anyways learn C#, but with every language even a speaking is hard to understand at first, but it all pays off. Just take out books lol that is what I did and done.(library) If you haven't never programmed before you should start out with something simple such as HTML, or JavaScript. Its more of a web programming, but very cool to learn. Another thing I love to program is the macromedia products like Flash MX and FreeHand. You can look that stuff up yourself. Just get started with some basic stuff for your foundation then go on to bigger and better things. -george-

hey, Anyone knows action scripting well or any flash 1-6 or higher? I know some but really basic. Anyways to get to the point. Remember those old school games when you have 2 tanks that stay not mobile and each person takes turns to get the right coordinates in to destroy eachother? If not well this is what i am trying to make. I made the tank and gun. I made a 2 height adjusters(UP and DOWN lol) which are buttons. Also I made the bullet or mortar shell following a motion guide or Path in arc. Now on the release of height button(UP) i want the motion guide INCREASE by adding twice what the motion guides original height was. sooooo to make it short........the button is hit and the motion guide increases... therefore by the increase of the path will increase the morter shells height if it is not clear please reply or if u have a solution ....share lol -george-

well it won't be really invisible just Minimized in the start tool bar, but in the tool bar the program will still fun until u open in from the tool bar and click stop. Ex. say A instant messager, it still runs eeven though u x-ed it out. (runs in the start toolbar, until u click "signoff". you see what i am saying?

array all the way well i was thinking u have a textbox then when u click the button it will add the integer(number) to a listbox and to a arrayLIST (list is important)..the we will have a caculating button....and it will take all in the array list and average it out. do u have aol aim or msn address? it will be easier to explain then back and forth on a form.
