Community (same feature as Professional) replaces "Express", which has different version for Web/Desktop..etc. Community limitation is number of user within a "Team". If your team (or company) has more than 5 developers, you cannot use Community to build your applications. "5" is the magic number to Microsoft "TFS online" too.

Visual Studio 2017... express or community?The 'license' need to be renewed periodically although it is free. Basically you just login your Microsoft account.
