Yes, work in ignorance is a much better alternative, you will never be subject to lie detector because nobody believes you are smart enough to lie. :-D

That comes back to my original question about inflation. PPV can't be more expensive than the real thing, can it? On the other hand, I have no idea how much the real thing costs in Spain. :-D

I agree. Waiting in hotel room for money that will never come is kind of boring, pay-per-view is the only solution.

  • Problems in Europe
    X Xiangyang Liu

E-mail from Spain: I made a quick trip to Madrid in Spain for a Volunteer Training Program (VTP),my bag with cash, mobile phone and credit cards in it were Stolen from me at the Hotel Park where I Lodged. I've made contact with my bank but they need more time to come up with a new one. I need you to lend me some money to sort my self out of this predicament, I will pay back immediately I get this over with. Right now I need about €1150 Euro which is to settle my hotel bills and other expenses. Please let me know if you can help me.

The poor guys. Just last week someone in exactly the same situation wrote me and asked for only €600. Is inflation that bad in Europe?

I think that's because you never cooked it properly! Hot water alone is not enough, you have to add other ingredients, too. :)

    • They have found the fountain of youth and want to share with you the good news
    • They can make some of your body parts as big/small as you wish
    • They are inviting you for a free beer

Anyway, it would be foolish to not call them back.

    X Xiangyang Liu

Well, maybe I hate all printers, I don't use printer that much. I was trying to print a page using black ink only, the printer refused to do the job because it was out of one of color inks. Have you ever go to a store to buy orange and the store refused to sell orange because they are out of apple? Let's not mention the cost of ink.

I was searching the phrase "what have changed" on my office computer and my code project article came on top of the list. I was disappointed to find out that Google was just trying to make my happy (it came third on a different computer, it may not even be in the list for another person).

If I search for the same phrase on different computers, the results will come out in different orders. My question is, is the order random or based on my past search patterns in the specific computer? [NeverMind] It turns out the answer can be found using google search[^] [/NeverMind]
