  • Strange - Handwriting Analysis for Job Application
    Y Yves Tkaczyk

Even thought I believe it has been made illegal, it is actually a very common thing in France. This is why it is always a good thing to send a handwritten cover letter there. Another one is signature analysis. Personality tests are a better way to go.

    Y Yves Tkaczyk

If you do not need to have the source code than you might want to consider Windows SharePoint Services as an option. It is free but you do need Windows Server 2003. I have been using it for a while and it suits my needs. You can customize pretty much everything and write your own module if you need it. Depending on what you need to do, DotNetNuke[^] might also satisfy your needs. Yves

  • How to get vertical tabs with Property Sheets
    Y Yves Tkaczyk

There are a few classes that let you replace the tab control with a tree. This is an elegant solution especially on XP where the tab control is not drawn properly when it is not at the top. CTreePropSheet[^]and CTreePropSheetEx[^] both inherit from CPropertySheet and use CPropertyPage object for the pages so this should have minimum impact on your existing code. Yves

You should be fine if you handle the WM_SYSCOLORCHANGE message. You could then refresh your color cache. In C#, you have to handle the SystemColorsChanged for the form or control. Yves
