No, merely an oversight. We use mkdocs to generate that subsite and while I love the layout and ease, it still needs a little work. I'll get that sorted.

Blog Entries are imported from members blog sites and effectively become articles on CP, with appropriate link back to the source blog post. Because of this, you can comment on them just like any other article. You can add your Blog if you want.

Try CTRL-SHIFT-R to force reload or open dev tools (CTRL-SHIFT-I) > Network > Disable cache, then do a page refresh.
