I see that somebody already answered you how to disable the automatic workspace creation. Here is comments from my side: - first of all, we value your privacy and never expose the list of your downloads to the public. You do not lose anonymity. - we strongly encourage switching from zip downloads to using source code version control system, in our case it is git.
No IE11 (or 10-9-8-7) problem on my end... Works also in FF...

Yes, I called git remote add from inside the repostory folder. The problem seesm to do with adding a remote origin to an existing git installation which already has an origin set.
Hello Jason, Indeed, our team fixed the problem about half an hour before you tried. We had some temporary problem with filesystem permissions being set incorrectly, which was affecting very small number of new repositories. It should be fine now, thanks for feedback.
