Chris, you should come up with an orientation site that specifically spells out the rules of the site, and then requires the user to answer a short quiz to verify that they did indeed read the orientation material. Upon successfully answering all of the questions, the user becomes a certified CP user. Barring the driver's license idea, maybe you could come up with some code that tried to determine if a post is a programming question, and take a ppropriate action. Some ideas about appropriate action would inclue: 1) Change the text of the message to say "I promise to never again post programming questions in the lounge." 2) Change the text of the message so that all of the words start with the correct letter, but all other letters are substituted with asterisks. 3) Post a cartoon charicature of someone with their head up their ass, and then labelled "I posted a programming question in the lounge". 4) Post a cartoon charicature of someone with the head in a toilet with the caption, "I think I musta lost my brain in here somewhere..."

LOL :-D Instead of keeping the user in the dark, I'd prefer to make him understand exactly why the site is being sent to him in Dumbass Mode(tm), complete with large red fonts and blink tags. For every additional programming question posted in the lounge, double the time delay and the font size. And blink speed.
