There's probably more risk of getting killed in a car accident on a freeway than in a plane blowing up or crashing. Unless you are one of those hyper-travelling types who are flying 10-12 times a month. Even then, car accidents have a higher chance of occurring. Regards, Nish

You are most welcome. Did I mention that home is the Rattlesnake capital? :) largest supplier of antivenom usually... but we still have a few that need our local production before it goes out.... The rattlesnake round up was a short time ago, so the rest of the nation should be well stocked in antivenom again. :) The way I figure it, you can learn of all the dangers around you everyday and you can either be frightened to take a breath every morning and take a shower (speaking of one of the most dangerous rooms in the house), or... you can be satisfied that you take every precaution that you can, and just pay enough attention to give yourself the best chance possible in an emergency. There are no guarentees in life, all we can do is do our best. _________________________ Asu no koto o ieba, tenjo de nezumi ga warau. Talk about things of tomorrow and the mice in the ceiling laugh. My choice is that I want to overcome this fear. What is in your mind when the plane is shaking??

Well, things are so completely out of my control at that point, I just have to relax.

Oh, I dunno the fact that you're in a tin can weighing a couple hundred tonnes, at 35 thousand feet, with nowt but a few millibars of pressure difference between you and hurtling to the ground! And everytime you hop into a car... you are hurtling down the road in a tin can less than a meter between you and other traffic all at impact speeds that are deadly. Your best bet is that all of your safety mechanisms in the vehicle work properly and any accident means you only walk away with a cane.... And remember that you are sharing the road with drunk drivers, folks misusing their prescription drugs, youth convinced they will survive anything and can take any chances, suicidal wildlife, VB programmers, and VSS proponents. _________________________ Asu no koto o ieba, tenjo de nezumi ga warau. Well, I won't see any more sequels because I didn't like it. They all ... (didn't tell for those who don't know :-> ), why watching a series for that? ;P Regards, Ingo ------------------------------ PROST Roleplaying Game War doesn't determine who's right. War determines who's left.

Well, you're gonna be in for some surpises if you watch the second season, but then again, it's your choice. I think it was a great TV series and I loved it. Not all are going to ... (same reason).:) regards, Mircea Many people spend their life going to sleep when they’re not sleepy and waking up while they still are.

Think of it as just a bumpy road, which in fact is all it is. Turbulant air is just like driving on a bumpy road. Just as cars are designed and built to handle bumps (shocks, etc), air planes are designed to handle turbulance.
