For His own pleasure. When you take a closer look at the world you will see the great beauty of His creation. But not for us to suffer. We have challenges and our limits, and He knows that too. He is our strength when we are weak. That is why He did everything to come back to us when He lost us.

Why did God even create this world in the first place?? If God is so forgiveful and mercyful, why did He send us to Earth to suffer just because Eve and Adam ate an apple from a forbidden tree? Then He send His own son to die on cross for our sin? If our sin is no longer existed, why aren't we in Heaven now? The more I read the bible, the more it doesn't make sense. The more I pray, the more I suffer. Why... :(:doh::sigh: I hate this world.

Reading a book and talking to yourself aren't necessarily going to make life any easier. I think the whole idea behind religion is that you are actually supposed to believe the concepts/tales involved. How do you go from being on top of the world dreaming of the beauty of women, to completely hating the world within such a short time period? Lighten up, man. Your going to be absolutely miserable for a long time if you don't find your sense of humor. I think it's going to be pretty tough to honestly try to get an understanding about something you hate. Just open your eyes, man. Take notice of what's going on around you and don't assume face value. If you want to pray, go for it, but don't expect for a second that anyone, God included, will give you anything for nothing. Also, accept that you won't find answers for everything when you're looking for them. Life works on its own timeline, mostly you're just along for the ride. BW

erm... soapbox ? In answer tho - it's not true that we all suffer for Adam and Eve, and Jesus died so that you have a choice to 'go to heaven' ( actually, there's no heaven, either - that's another story ). What you do with that, is up to you. Did some woman leave you, or have you met a woman who is religious ? Either way, I suggest reading the gospels ( Matthew/Mark/Luke/John ) before reading any thing else in the Bible.
