Practically anything, if its done well. English/Mediterranean/North African mix a la Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall does me nicely. Ahh, organic roast fore-rib of beef, on the bone, medium-rare, home made yorkshire puds, beef-bone gravy, rosemary roast potatoes, home-grown parsnips, brussels sprouts al-dente (with sweet chestnuts), honey and mustard glazed carrots, with proper English mustard and hot creamy horseradish.... mmmmm! (Thats what I'm making on Sunday)

People often misspell it since a lot of non-Indians don't pronounce the last 'r'. So Samba, Sambah etc. would sound fine to them I guess. Wikipedia entry for Sambar[^]

I agree, I love Indian food, especially when it's really hot and spicy. But, it's much better when you're actually in India. Found a great little place in Navi Mumbai. Hope to go back someday. I also love cholesterol.

Anything dead and cooked. Okay, there are things I probably would not care to try but I've not come across anything yet. Best sandwich: marmite, crunchy peanut butter, mature cheddar and heinz ketchup. To keep it healthy I always have it on wholegrain bread. Really. I do. Oh, dollop of honey is good as well.
