I agree, I love Indian food, especially when it's really hot and spicy. But, it's much better when you're actually in India. Found a great little place in Navi Mumbai. Hope to go back someday. I also love cholesterol.

Anything dead and cooked. Okay, there are things I probably would not care to try but I've not come across anything yet. Best sandwich: marmite, crunchy peanut butter, mature cheddar and heinz ketchup. To keep it healthy I always have it on wholegrain bread. Really. I do. Oh, dollop of honey is good as well.

I love Italian food. I eat what someone once called "californian"--a lot of organic veggies and very little meat.

Don't mistake me, but how are you managing this? Don't you find it too difficult (well, atleast when being outside India)? PS: I am a pure vegetarian too, butI eat onion and garlic.

Nobody has told you the best and easiest thing in the world: "PA AMB TOMÀQUET". I live in Catalonia (one autonomous community of Spain) and I must tell you that we are used to eat very well here. Don't misunderstand me: I love eating in different countries, German food is good, Italian is great, french is very soft and creamier, in the USA I've taken one of the best meat pieces that I've eaten, in the Dominican republic I loved to taste their typical food, in Mexico I've tried a lot of varieties of their most typical meals, and in China (after a painful learning curve of using the chop sticks) I've taken a very different kind of meals that were also great... But here in Catalonia sometimes in family or with friends we take one simple but great food: bread with tomato. we usually accompany that with inlay. (you can see a photo in the flickr here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/morgspace/109454462/[^]). In that photo the bread is slightly toasted, that it is great sometimes. Easy and great, truly. PS: returning to the real question by now my favourite cusinin is the mediterranean one and the spanish is the first one. (at least we have something good ;))
