I'd probably try something like a plain english compiler.

One of my favorite (I think that is a Calvin&Hobbes one, not sure): - Call someone randomly on the phone and say that people are working on the line, and that if the phone rings, they MUST NOT go to the phone in the next 30 minutes because this would bring electricity back in the line and would kill the tech working on it. - Wait five minutes. - Call back, and let ring. - After a quite long period of time, the person WILL go on the phone, and then you just go "AAAARRRRGHHHHH".

Heres what you do.. Unlock their task bar then hide it, take a screen shot of their desktop and set their desktop image to this screen shot (of course you'd have to put it into Photoshop ( hell or even Pain) and make an image out of it, Right-Click on their desktop and uncheck "Show Desktop Icons" from the "Arrange Icons By" menu then put their task bar back in place. What you have is a desktop that looks like theirs but when they click on any icon it doesn't do anything because its just an image.

smile at them constantly all day long, ask them often how they are doing, and if they saw/found/felt/heard anything odd today.... when they ask you why, say "oh nothing, nevermind" and walk away. Don't forget to smile, often. Chuckling works good too, but make sure it is real.
