Heres what you do.. Unlock their task bar then hide it, take a screen shot of their desktop and set their desktop image to this screen shot (of course you'd have to put it into Photoshop ( hell or even Pain) and make an image out of it, Right-Click on their desktop and uncheck "Show Desktop Icons" from the "Arrange Icons By" menu then put their task bar back in place. What you have is a desktop that looks like theirs but when they click on any icon it doesn't do anything because its just an image.
