                  My turn to be pedantic :) : I've been using Vista for a month now with a new pc doing all manner of development work etc that I did on my old xp pro computer and ... well it just *is* ready for release.

                    Heres what you do.. Unlock their task bar then hide it, take a screen shot of their desktop and set their desktop image to this screen shot (of course you'd have to put it into Photoshop ( hell or even Pain) and make an image out of it, Right-Click on their desktop and uncheck "Show Desktop Icons" from the "Arrange Icons By" menu then put their task bar back in place. What you have is a desktop that looks like theirs but when they click on any icon it doesn't do anything because its just an image.

                        smile at them constantly all day long, ask them often how they are doing, and if they saw/found/felt/heard anything odd today.... when they ask you why, say "oh nothing, nevermind" and walk away. Don't forget to smile, often. Chuckling works good too, but make sure it is real.
