Surely there would be more drag because of This[^].

David! Go to your room! I'm failing to keep a straight face. Someone might realise I'm not working.

Does he not realize that his own suit was a factor in his success? They should compete in the swimsuits of the 1800s.

Ban the Swim suit[^] So baldie Dunc is against the Speedo Swimsuit that helps everyone who wears it. How about everyone wears it then there's no problem. If he's against things helping you swim faster, why doesn't he ban shaving chests & legs for men (and some women I have known) as that also helps reduce the drag. I play squash so maybe I should stop playing with my £120 racquet and go to JJB and buy a £20 thing just so I don;t have any advantage over my opponents. To55er!

Indeed. Unless there's a requirement to distinguish players of different teams I don't see the point. (Well, OK, winter sports athletes can dress appropriately.)

I suspect that there will not be a need to take measurements of the female competitors. One glance and their vital statistics will be instantly imprinted in my mind. I never forget a, err…, let’s just say I will remember them. :~

Maybe they should just compete naked. Then it is completely fair. No skull caps, no suits, no googles, no assistance of any kind.

I agree with him entirely the playing field should be level. I have no problem with high tech swimsuits but everyone should have the exact same suit. The Olympics are not Formula 1.
