You get paid $5 for every 'link you post onto the internet'. That's what someone said, if you read it all. Even if it is valid, all the 'end the recession' talk is obviously rubbish. Even if it works for 2000 people, it plainly won't scale to 10% of the population. Of course, it's more of a scam than that, but it's at LEAST that much of a scam. Or a pyramid scheme.

Yep I got that but there must be a lot more to it than that, the scam part that is.

I thought pyramid scheme too but again without visiting the site it is difficult, for me at least, to envisage how that might work in this case.

Please Don't be cynic: You should know better than me that USA is the land of the great opportunities (well, just after Nigeria). :)

I think they said $15 per link. Sheer bollocks. USD 15 has been worth at least INR 600 in the last 10 years (except for very brief periods) which will even today buy you a meal for one in a three-star hotel in any of India's biggest cities. Even if you eat at an upper-middle class place, breakfast for one will seldom cost more than INR 50.

That is how I knew it was fake... it said a lady in New Mexico made ... money a week. Half the USA doesn't know New Mexico is a state, the other half couldn't care less, so no one is going to advertise someone from New Mexico making money, it would be worthless advertising. :)

OMG, that looks a well thought approach for luring people. It shows the local area name [state name of the country I guess]. For me ( State: West Bengal, Country : India ), "West Bengal Stay At Home Mom .... ".

                                        Thanks, Arindam D Tewary

Yep, clearly converting the IP to location, mine reads "Cork Stay At Home Mom Makes $6,875/Month Working From Home"

It's still there...Title says "Tamil Nadu Stay At Home Mom Makes $6,875/Month Working From Home". Also the first paragraph starts like "If you live in Tamil Nadu or another qualifying US State and you have been wanting to work from home..."

The fact that it places your home town, or at least that of your IP provider, in the US and then discusses everything in US Dollars says Scam Scam Scam! In my case the average Northamptonshire housewife would not think in US dollars!
