Thousands of people have been "ejected" from the beautifulpeople.com dating site because they are too ugly. For a brief period of time, it appears that some hideous trolls thought they were beautiful because they were allowed to register. Sadly, for them, the ugly fairygodmother has made a reappearance and they are off the site[^]. My favourite line: "We got suspicious when thousands of new members were accepted... many of whom were no oil painting"

Exactly the sort of site that attracts people who think they are something they aren't: wonder if a site for ugly people would have the opposite problem: "sorry, you're far too good looking to use our site". I don't think so.

In my younger, fitter days, I went out with a "beautiful people" girl. She was seriously attractive, and incredibly irritating. She was obsessed with her hair and her tan - so much so that she fell asleep on a sun lounger and ended up very badly blistered. After about a week and a half, I'd had enough - it was great having your mates admiring the fact that you were going out with a beautiful girl, but the lack of any interest in anything other than soap operas and herself was a huge turn off. Ironically, I ended up marrying her best friend who was really interesting and attractive.

I dated a model of some-repute in years past; she worked Paris and London fashion week that level. Abso-frakin-mazing to look at, but a completely hollow shell. Thank-you, but no thanks. When I met Mrs Wife, she was refreshingly wonderful. Naturally beautiful - she rarely uses more make-up than mascara - seriously intelligent - degree and brace of masters - wonderful [content != KSS] and to top all this SHE LOVES ME! Pig, this is shyte. Are you happy now? :-D

First of, I hate that news sites don't put actual links to sites they refer to. Second, is it me or does the Asian girl have camel toe? :)
