Excellent find. I was surprised to see that Pulled Pork only has a Carnivoric Weight of 55. Purely from personal experience I would have thought it would have been higher.

I'm not sure if you are referring to Steak Tartare (Tt) or Ground Pork (Gr) so I don't know whether to check with Nagy Vilmos or P O'H.

It's missing 'possum! Seriously, years ago I used to cook "white-trash wednesday" for my baby brother. Every week we would get a tray of the tv dinner salisbury steaks, then when they were cooked we'd put them in a hamburger bun with a spaghetti hanging out the back for a tail. We called them 'possum burgers. So disgusting, yet apparently a hit with 10-year olds.

I don't understand how lamb gets relegated down to gamey beside road kill. In my opinion lamb should be included in the noble meats.

Because after a while it becomes mutton, and that is peasant food.

I didn't see anything on that table that was still alive. Once it's been slaughtered it's past becoming anything else. Besides who'd let lamb age to mutton?! [edit] except to produce more lamb [/edit] I cooked lamb chops for dinner on wednesday night and have a couple of lamb steaks in the freezer for the weekend. I love a good lamb korma that's cooked for a couple of hours until the meat is falling apart.

Excellent find. I was surprised to see that Pulled Pork only has a Carnivoric Weight of 55. Purely from personal experience I would have thought it would have been higher.
