Periodic Table Of Meat

I don't understand how lamb gets relegated down to gamey beside road kill. In my opinion lamb should be included in the noble meats.

Definitely yes!

I didn't see anything on that table that was still alive. Once it's been slaughtered it's past becoming anything else. Besides who'd let lamb age to mutton?! [edit] except to produce more lamb [/edit] I cooked lamb chops for dinner on wednesday night and have a couple of lamb steaks in the freezer for the weekend. I love a good lamb korma that's cooked for a couple of hours until the meat is falling apart.

I note too that there is no Venison, Hare, Pheasant or Grouse, all perfectly delicious and readily available meats. There is also no Horse or Capybara, both of which are delicious. Maybe these are awaiting discovery in the Large Lardon Accentuator.

Well they did mention deer which could be venison. (Definition of VENISON, the edible flesh of a game animal and especially a deer). :)

Excellent find. I was surprised to see that Pulled Pork only has a Carnivoric Weight of 55. Purely from personal experience I would have thought it would have been higher.

That could be better expressed as I have pulled pork a lot.
