Your enemy programmer falls from 17th floor on your brand new Audi and you don’t know whether to laugh or cry!

That is a sad story any way you slice it. My reasoning is that if you're driving an Audi then you're probably the bad guy. The real story is that you (the Audi driver) just implemented a code review policy that probably caused the one productive programmer in your company to commit suicide. You should be ashamed of yourself.
