Is money laundering what happens when you leave a twenty in your shirt pocket?

Actually, no, but good guess. According to Google, money laundering is defined as:

      Quote:

the concealment of the origins of illegally obtained money, typically by means of transfers involving foreign banks or legitimate businesses.

Yeah, but that definition is not as funny. ;)

Just because the code works, it doesn't mean that it is good code.

Is it dirty money when you remove it before washing the shirt?

interesting coincidence, just today I dropped my wallet (it has a NFC key card in it) into a mop bucket below the NFC reader. The money still looks the same, most importantly the money still worked at the shop too - dollar for dollar (none of this TV nonsense only getting 50 cents on the dollar coz it was laundered funds.)

This internet thing is amazing! Letting people use it: worst idea ever!

There is a reason they only launder notes. The coins make too much noise.

The newer plastic notes makes the process easier (UK). I'm not sure how the us dollar bills handled laundering, but must have been good because that seems like the most laundered currency.

How do you tell if a UK Bank note is a fake? Look at the picture of the Queen and count her feet. (not original)
