It IS about the science. CO2 causes mild warming (this is actually a known fact by the way), and there has been no increase in WV, which was predicted and which would have amplified that mild warming to something like 3=4C. And there is ZERO science that says a 3-4C rise would damage life in any way. It isnt a 'movement', and it isnt anti AGW. AGW is real, and undeniable. Man produces CO2, CO2 causes warming. The fact is that that warming is mild and entirely beneficial, as is the CO2s effect on plant growth. What I am against is CAGW, alarmist, catastrophic predictions, like the ones you spout, about mankind not surviving. We all know you are religious, we all know you have some 'end of days' mentality, so it doesnt surprise me one bit you think the end of mankind if around the corner. But like with every other childish 'end of days' Chicken Little type story you will have to excuse me while I chuckle at them, and those who propound them.

Oh, and now the 'appeal to authority'. Lets look at what those 97% of scientists agreed to in the famous Zimerman Doran poll. These are the two questions they were asked: 1) Has it got warmer over the last century. 2) Has mankind played a significant part. Guess what, I answer yes to both questions too, because I define 'significant' as anything from say 15% up. ie, it plays a noticeable part. So yes, 97% of scientists agree with me fully. So lets look at the science, no water vapour increase, thus CO2 warming is rather mild (less than a degree C for doubling), and a 20% increase in earth greeness since 1980. (You did look at my two NASA links I hope). Now this is science, this is fact, this is measured. CO2 causes mild warming and is entirely beneficial to the planet. Fact.

The group that works hardest to do that in Australia is funded by Gina Rinehart, who is a squillionaire from coal mining. Weird, how that works. But exactly the same as the efforts of the tobacco industry to discredit claims smoking causes cancer, which worked for 30 years.

Oh what utter bullshit! It is plain old mother earth that has exposed the lies by NOT increasing water vapour and NOT increasing temperatures in line with the models that are positid ON an increase in water vapour. Your ignorance of the science of all this is staggering. Please do read up on this, it is really very simple. I repeat, water vapour is not increasing, therefore the slight warming from CO2 is entirely beneficial.
