Why not start "The Cheese Project"? You can put the cheese in front of a webcam and we can watch it change from cheese to plant to animal? :-D

We have just done a clearout prior to resiting the fridge, lurking a the back was plastic bag labelled "Parmesan Cheese" and its long lost/forgotten, it contains a quantity of grey/green goo:omg: Got any recipes:~ John Hudson An imaginary Chris Maunder standing in front of mirror is misquoted remarking: Nothing says "you're not normal" more than the little things. :wtf: http://www.rainbow-innov.co.uk[^]
Hey wait! Don't throw that out! I pay good money for cheese like that. The French squash all their old offcuts into a bag, label it roquefort and sell it to me. Love the stuff. I wholeheartedly agree with the statement above about becoming a different cheese. regards, Paul Bluegrass South Africa Ravi Bhavnani wrote: it's sold on EBay and shipped from China (on how to inspire confidence in your product) Crikey! ain't life grand?

So, how do you decide when it's a cheese that will kill you vs. a good cheese? ;P John

Nonononono. Roquefort is a controlled origin appellation, and can be made in Roquefort only. All the others are fake, even if they stink smell as the original.

Daniel! My long lost brother of taste! Man we have to have a cheese evening. I love all those cheeses. Oh dear... now I am getting peckish... soon I will have blocks of roquefort floating before my minds eye and I will just have to go break the bank on some (as well as brie, cam and all those wonderful cheeses). Then nobody will be able to come near me for a few days, far worse than garlic I hear. regards, Paul Bluegrass South Africa Ravi Bhavnani wrote: it's sold on EBay and shipped from China (on how to inspire confidence in your product) Crikey! ain't life grand?

 You French are awfully insecure about your products. Champagne, Port and now Roquefort. These products should speak for themselves and not require legislation to attract coneseurs. Saying that, I would love to try some genuine roquefort one day. With that drink you offered me I will have to ask for some cheese to accompany :) There are some fine cheese producers here in SA (with good French influences). regards, Paul Bluegrass South Africa Ravi Bhavnani wrote: it's sold on EBay and shipped from China (on how to inspire confidence in your product) Crikey! ain't life grand?

You maybe have discovered a new kind of cheese. Some of them were created by mistake!
