O.K. we all know how those records that we loved when we were younger sound like crap now that we've gotten a bit older and slower yet some of them still manage to sound as good today as the day we first heard them. So here's a quick list in no particular order Hanx :- Stiff Little Fingers The Sensual World :- Kate Bush Live Chronicles :- Hawkwind Fresh Fruit For Rotten Vegetables :- Dead Kennedys The Lion And The Cobra :- Sinead O'Conner Surfa Rosa/Come On Pilgrim :- Pixies Violent Femmes :- Violent Femmes So what do you lot think has stood the test of time? The baby - Ellie - rocks! The best thing that has happened to me since the day I met my wife! Well, I am actually getting more sleep than I expected - Ellie wakes up 2 or 3 times a night, but is soon off again once fed. Last night she was grumpy though - bad tummy - but I still managed to snatch 5 or 6 hours. I am back at work this week (working at home today though) so it will be a real test! I was worried that I wouldn't be able to continue working from home, but at the moment Ellie seems to sleep more in the day than at night, so I am getting lots of work done... we'll see if this trend continues though - she's less than 2 weeks old and has only been home for 9 days!
