That's what I was hoping. As I told Daniel my primary interest is in code synthesis, so I'd be working with well defined processes for generating the code, but looking to generate it in a more refined manner. Did you hear about the elephant who ran into a screen door? He strained himself. (Heard on Dr. Demento in the 80s if I recall correctly.) The Lounge[^]

It was a personal project, and I think I wasn't sure enough about it to make a github repo for it yet. It hadn't really matured to that point, or at least that was probably my reasoning at the time. Anyway, I found it after all. :) Check out my IoT graphics library here: https://honeythecodewitch.com/gfx And my IoT UI/User Experience library here: https://honeythecodewitch.com/uix

Made me associate to "Wondrous Machine", as played by l'Arpeggiata: Hail! Bright Cecilia, Z. 328 "Ode to St Cecilia": Aria. "Wondrous Machine" (Arr. Pluhar) - YouTube[^] I think this piece deserves to be played loudly. (This version - I wouldn't say so for more traditional versions.) I would hate this. It would probably be good for me. I lean heavy on the whole fast build and see if it goes and correct what doesn't. I'm sure some could watch a recording and think it spaghetti chucking. Intellisense has gotten progressively worse with the verbosity of its descriptions because of the brigade against all code comments (maybe especially the XML ones). So you get method definitions from nugets where even if it's clear how you should call something, exactly what's going to happen when you do is a scientific endeavor of experimentation. Maybe it's exactly spaghetti chucking, but what other way is there to decode these black boxes?

Ah memory leaks (and small buffer overruns). I would point out that your example is fairly obvious. If you have a long running task, and this code is in some sort of processing loop, you'll see it quickly. What will really bite you in the a$$ are the small leaks. A byte here, a byte there. I live in the embedded world where customers forget our equipment was installed under their production line 10 years ago. The engineer responsible either died, retired or moved on to another company. I'm not being morbid, I have stories I could tell you :) The group I work in is a decent group of smart people. Sadly, they never let us into the field to see how the product is actually used. The few times I've seen examples, they always shock me with "I didn't see that coming" sort of response. What amazes me is that if your customer never turns off your machine, why not set up an area where a test unit runs forever? I guess it falls under diminishing returns. I am curious as well, but even more curious about AI 'improvements' for hardware. Exactly what are those improvements and how can they be used? Can I use the arithmetic logic unit (ALU) and memory unit to increase performance for non-AI algorithms? Similar to you, I am just too busy with regular work to delve into it.

It might handle Chrome with a few tabs open or Adobe Photoshop, but not the two combined.

Generate load testing frameworks by reflecting APIs...Either actual reflection or using swagger or some other API doc tool to enumerate the endpoints. It'll slam the endpoints with requests and spit out some metrics like response time.

I wasn't aware of that. In a world were everything is online, that's good to hear. Some day, I'll take a look at it. :-)

No. This isn't about constructing an expression that overrides precedence, but rather properly evaluating an expression with proper precedence. Check out my IoT graphics library here: https://honeythecodewitch.com/gfx And my IoT UI/User Experience library here: https://honeythecodewitch.com/uix

Oooh. After seeing the remark about it being rap-like, the sound was unexpected and a lot of fun. Reminds me a bit of both [Chicks On Speed - We Don'T Play Guitars - YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sK9XQLSpFBA) [Chicks on Speed - Wordy Rappinghood - YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g\_1kziD6Lec) Thanks
