I used to be fine without alarms. Now I do not sleep for more than 4 hours at a stretch and after a meal (no matter how small) i must lie down which can end up for anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. It blows my schedule all to heck and I need alarms just to keep my head above water. Apparently this sometimes happens to people when they get old. I'm just getting old more quickly, apparently. To err is human. Fortune favors the monsters.
