:confused: Exactly what part was confusing about that? It's been an ongoing battle here for the last couple of weeks and the links are pretty explanatory. Your help would be appreciated. :)

This is the first time I've had a chance to follow the links, and they made no sense to me. That's what was confusing, hence my response. If I'd been able to understand what the purpose was, I'd better know how (and if) I could help.

just busy in the desert. working up to 17 hours a day 65 hours a week and even missed my own award ceremony at work. for helping another customer above and beyond the usual effort. go figure.... I should be my own self next week... though may never have the same time for CP in years past....
