It was due to the difference in the way, the Unicode characters are handled by "Oracle Provider for OLE DB" (OraOLEDB.DLL) and "Microsoft OLE DB Provider for Oracle" (msdaora.dll). Why? I'm using McAfee and it also works well, and I have a lot of customers that have Kaspersky and it also works well (at least it is what they say, who knows),... Ah! and there is also the Norton thing that cames pre-installed in all the IBM and HP machines (the ones that are in our enterprise) that I suppose that might work well but I have uninstalled it always because of the McAfee (you know I want to maintain all the AVirus softwares in the eterprise in the same way). I had tried Panda AV a lot of time ago, and it consumed a lot of resources, have they improved this? Thank you in advance for your answer...
