What the fuck does that has to do with anything. Why dont you stick ur head up ur arse, last time i checked its a lounge u can write what ever u want without having assholes/morons like you and some of ur friends here pointing their fingers. Appreciated/Praised at workWTF? Im asking for suggestions, not asking for orders....
-
Appreciated/Praised at workI do not require all that attention. Just a quick good job there and here would be nice as to know that someone appreciates my work. Newbie or not, praise is always an important factor in productivity.

Appreciated/Praised at workHey guys, I need some advice on the following, I've been working in this company for X amount of years right. At first i didnt do any wonders at work, so i understand the first few months of no praise at work. But after a while more people came and for example when the boss was talking online to others. Boss X praises them like saying "Great Job" or "good job" "You're great" or "keep it up". With me its always a formal conversation. Like "Ok good idea", "Ok", "Ok now you can go on that task." "When you finish this start that one". I do the same amount of work, and i consider my self a good developer, and productive when appreciated. Any suggestions on how to tackle this? because i do not have a clue

What do you think?Im not saying that i dont want to do anything with that stuff, because its part of the job but atleast balance the stuff. I love my job or used to now, because i used to program stuff which is the thing i liked the most....and now im deprived from it... and they talk to me like "You need to finish this if you want to develop" Developing is my job its not a kids threat that i need to behave to have some!! what u think? Plus its being going like this beyond the 11th of july. Because on this date ive sent them an email about it. so i think its like a solid 2 months and something thinking about it
-
What do you think?Since 11th july all i did is Setting up product for clients and update it all the freaking time, and getting no development at all, all the others are getting the juicy coding jobs and im left to none because they "entrusted" me with updating....which is freaking boring....assuming that i work as a developer and i didnt code anything. If i did anything it was like 3 to 4 lines in like a month or so.Which btw is taking away all the fun in my job. I already talked to them, that im not super happy about the situation, and stil this situation remains. My developing skills are as good as any one elses over here, i did good jobs like everyone else. What should i do? ive been with this company for like 2 years now from the very start. Next week i have an interview, if the situation doesnt change im changing company

Ranking up at workSooo First of all hi guys. Since everyone on CP works in software companies, more or less, i have a few questions id like to ask, just for the sake of guiding me into something. a year and a half ago i started working with a company, in which we were the boss and only 2 developers. Me being the second one that came in. Now a year and something after we have grown, new offices and we are 5 develoeprs and more coming in, 1 project manager, client support bla bla bla. u know the drill. Since all this happened, they gave me responsabilities, how ever im still with the same salary and position. Since i have more resp then the new guys, i feel like i should ask for more responsabilities hence asking for a raise. I want to grow in my line of work, be better. How Should i approach it? What should i do? Thanks , Luke
