I thought if CPOL is attached, commercial usage should be permitted. Quick Google Search didn't bring me to the right page, so I thought I'll pen down a question instead. **It is possible to restore a deleted article back (along with its Reputation history)?** Edit: I have found a draft of the deleted article.
