Having more than 11 years of experience as an asp.net web developer, I have worked only for one company, developing their website from the ground up and supporting it. I started working there without supervision of a senior developer, and had no one to ask my questions and I was the only developer. I managed to find solutions and implement the required functionalities from Ebooks and the internet. Also I had time to study new technologies and were passionate about it, while might have not been able to use them for the company since they didn't want me to do so. After that I migrated to another country and now I have found it challenging to get employed as a web developer. The employers are so hard and expect a developer with a lot of successful projects and strong team work experience, etc. I don't feel confident as a senior developer I am happy to go with any job even a junior one. I have written my CV the standard way, and have applied to many jobs and have had several interviews. However, my special background and also me not being an outgoing person who keep conversation going(introverted) has prevented me from landing a job. Most of my life I have been behind my computer developing programs, finding solutions, studying new technologies. I would be happy to work as a freelance developer also and know there are websites like upwork, golance, etc. But have not experienced that and a newbie. I want a quick way to a web developer job, even with a low salary. Any suggestion? It would be highly appreciated. I am skilled in ASP.NET(web forms, mvc), SQL Server, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Jquery, just learned .NET Core, Entity Framework, AngularJs, ReactJs, Bootstrap, SASS, git, MEAN, NodeJs. Thanks

In my local machine in my web site. I have a url mapper http module in place which maps a url like 2013/09/pid/productname.html/webpagemethod to product.aspx/webpagemethod?id=pid&y=2013&m=09&name=productname What I'm trying to do is invoking the webpage method via REST method. I have included ScriptHandlerModule in httpmodules section of the web.config file. The call to the webpage method from the javascript fails in my local machine with error saying "this method is not allowed" but succeeds when is run from the deployment machine. The only difference between the local and deployment machine is the former is IIS6 and the latter is IIS7.5 in integrated pipeline mode. Does anybody know the cause? Should query string parameters be included in a REST request at all? Thanks in advance

I guess you are not familiar with WinDbg tool. It is a debugger which can run in kernel mode. And in kernel mode debugging ,breakpoints can be set everywhere including kernel code.

I think you are familiar with windows debugging techniques using tools like WinDbg. By using them we can go deep in kernel and put breakpoints in kernel code or every where in memory. As all usermode programs' API interactions eventually goes in kernel and for similar functionalities like showing context menu similar kernel code is invoked. So by using techniques like modifying an API function parameter before it is passed to the API(I am just guessing) or alike, can we modify the system behavior. I mean programs use a common API for similar functionality(like context menu), so by installing our code before the API is invoked maybe we can modify the behavior;Techniques like import address table modification.

when calling a Nusoap php web service from ASP.NET proxy class the response ends up containing crap characters in place of persian(arabic) characters. The owner of web service says it has changed the encoding for the web service to UTF-8. A new Schema importer extension was created to return a Forum object instead of Book object when invoking Select method of a web service.When running a asp.net web page that invokes the Select method of the web service(which returns Book object) the WriteXml method of Book class(original type returned by web service method) is invoked and the object Serializes itself there and then ReadXml method of Forum class(new type registered by schema importer) is invoked but the XmlReader parameter does not contain actual data :

In a website a DataTable is stored as an entry in the Cache object. On each page load some rows from the table may be removed based on some criteria and also RowFilter property of its default view is manipulated and some fields of the table are set. The question is as the DataTable object and DataView object are not thread safe for write operations ,what is the best way to prevent simultaneous changes to the table stored in cache. lock statement ? is it an expedient way ? or copying the table stored in cache and doing writes on that ?... A good advise from an erudite programmer is welcomed. Thanks in advance .
