Do you have correct setup contenttypes? Is the Product field part of such contenttype? Then I would start with input WSC to check. 1. Read all Lists 2. go to every list check if this / these contenttype(s) exists 3. get all affected items with a query. Run the code for every item It's no big problem I think it just might take a little bit to run through all lists from one WSC and of course do this for every WSC you have to check.

Okay, I have no solution for that because in my eyes it makes no sense. Why should anyone want to do that. You can store links in SharePoint to your document if it is hosted by a file archive system You can store your document in SharePoint in the SP own file archive system. You shouldn't host a file anywhere to load it via SharePoint, that's not what SharePoint is for, that would only slow down your system. You can't use the functionality for documentlibraries which make SharePoint worth using SharePoint.

I'm not sure if I understood the question correctly. SharePoint is always hostet on IIS server an if you have a domain you can set it up, to be used by SharePoint. You shouldn't use this domain to host SharePoint and other asp sites at the same time within the same subdomain.

General no Problem. Install as Farm Best use Powershell as the assistant is not very good for a correct installed server (besides the name of the databases with all their guids isn't a thing you will like) Next time a nicely asked question without CAPS would be good. :-\
