Dear friend, please get in touch with your current firm's HR and request for the resignation acceptance letter and a work experience letter. It's best if you submit the request in written so that you have a paper trail, in case you might want to take any legal actions in the future. Please take help from someone who has experience with written English communication. Also, most standard companies won't ask you for offer letter from your previous organization. They ask for pay slips and few other documents. So make sure you do not get into another organization in which you will reach a situation where you have to go through the trouble of framing four English sentences asking for help. Thanks.

What do you think of new and apparently improved "simplistic" and "minimalist" UI of Microsoft's forthcoming products, eg., Windows 8, MS Office 2013. Personally I would say that while a new look is very much welcome, they don't attract me much if I look at them through a desktop user's view. I want my PC to have a look and feel of a computer, not a Windows Phone or a tablet. A reference photo [][^]

The funny thing is as soon as the manager sends this email to the client side contact, he sends another email to lead engineer or the group distribution list "Team - Any update on this". This mail will be same thread on which the client and manager were communicating, however while sending to the engineers, the client is removed from CC. :(( :-\

In most simple words, all I can say is as far as my knowledge goes, VM cannot be turned off in modern OS with a GUI. There is a minimum amount of VM you HAVE to set. You can increase your RAM as much as you want, but "turning off" VM makes no sense to me. Keep your registry optimized and periodically clean up junk and temp files from %temp%, temp and prefetch folders. Make sure your display driver is not a resource hog (this is a very common issue, and very easily negligible). Hope this helps
