I got my flu shot and covid booster last week. The following day I was very tired but I didn't ache. Then the following day I was fine again. My arm was sore for a few days and a bruise the size of a finger tip was there but nothing else. These shots are relatively painless compared to the pneumonia shot and the shingles shot. Those leave your arm sore for a few days where you can't even lay on your side. But it is still less painful than actually getting shingles which can be excruciating.

When I as a kid we were camping in a trailer in the mountains and it was storming late at night in bed. Then all of a sudden - {FLA-BOOOOM}.....{THUD}. My mom's side of the family all suffered from dementia. She was worried that that was in her future as well. Unfortunately she died from an undiagnosed cancer which metastasized in her brain. They tried to remove it but it came back in 3 weeks very aggressively. She suffered for 3 months with dizziness, nausea and vertical double vision before she passed away earlier this year. :rose: She was 81.
